Yes, medications are available at no charge based upon our approved list from the Texas Board of Pharmacy. 
Are refills available?
Yes, you may request refills of your medications.
Is assistance with prescription assistance programs available?
Yes, Mercy Clinic staff can assist with the application process.
What if I need a specialist?
Mercy Clinic will provide individuals with referrals to medical specialists as available in the community.
Is vision screening available?
Vision screening is available once per month through a community partner. Please contact us for more information. 
Do you have information about other services available locally?

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
  • Photo ID
  • Proof of residency in zip code 76110 (utility bill for current or previous month) 
  • Pay stub, if employed
Services at Mercy Clinic are free to eligible patients, but can I make a donation to help Mercy Clinic with its costs?
Yes, donations are appreciated. You can learn more about donating to Mercy Clinic here. If you prefer to not donate online, you can also mail a check to us at PO Box 11557, Fort Worth, TX 76110. Thank you for your generosity!
